Something is wrong with my order
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo, and a short description. Packages that never arrive are covered for 30 days from the estimated delivery date. Full details are in our Return Policy.
Where is my order?
Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days, and you will get tracking by email once the label is created. We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on orders over $30.
Can I see the lab results?
Usually, yes. Most products link their Certificate of Analysis directly on the product page, showing the lot number, testing method, specification, and measured result. If a product you are looking at does not have one published, email us and we will tell you what documentation exists for that item.
Ingredients and allergens
Every product page carries the full ingredient panel, the serving size, and any warnings from the manufacturer. Certification badges such as gluten-free, vegan, and halal come from the manufacturer's own certification, not from our reading of a label. If you have a specific allergen concern, check the full panel rather than relying on a badge, since certification schemes cover a defined list that may be shorter than yours.
Are these products FDA approved?
No, and no dietary supplement is. Our manufacturing facilities are FDA registered, which means the facility is registered with the agency. It does not mean the FDA has evaluated or endorsed any product. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Should I take this?
We cannot tell you that. We are not clinicians and we will not pretend to be. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a health condition. What we can do is show you exactly what is in the bottle.
